Carvd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Carvd mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use Carvd, we collect:

• Name and email address: Carvd Team / contact@carvd.studio
• Phone number (optional)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Business category and booking link (slug)
• Payment account information (processed via Stripe)

We also collect booking data submitted by your clients through your booking page, including their name, email, and phone number.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your provider account
• Display your public booking page to clients
• Process payments through Stripe Connect
• Send booking notifications

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe - payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. See stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase - secure cloud database and authentication. See supabase.com/privacy

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level database security to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

Carvd is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
